Lovingly referred to as the “Creative Empress” during her 25+ years in advertising, creative and branded direct response, Li spent the bulk of her career as Senior Creative Officer for Harte Hanks Direct, Agency Services. In 2015, she moved on to run her own business: CreativeLi Speaking. 

Li has strategized and executed creative in all channels, and provided creative analyses of each client’s current creative (as well as that of their competitors). Her past and present client list includes: Bank of America, American Express, Wells Fargo, NewDay USA, Merrill Lynch, US Bank, National Debt Relief, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Electrolux, BMW, Mazda, IBM, Panasonic, Tiffany & Co., Nationwide, CIT Bank, OneWest Bank, and multiple regional banks — with results that speak volumes. 

Formerly a frequent speaker at the DMA and a client guest speaker, she has trained countless clients in Brand Response University sessions for both direct mail and email. Other popular sessions included: The Role of Brand and Brand Value in Direct Response Marketing and her Copy Roundtable: Best Practices for Branded Direct Response Creative.

When she’s not working, she loves biking, dancing, singing and playing jazz piano.

Natasha has spent more than a decade in the creative agency space. An exceptional art and design professional, she is skilled in Direct Mail, Digital, Print, Brand and Brand Response Marketing.

Her focus has been in financial services — across product lines. Her financial services client list includes Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Merrill Edge, US Trust, NewDay USA and more. Outside of financial services her client list has included Abbott Pharmaceuticals and Sony Electronics.

Happily sharing her expertise with others, Natasha has spent much of her career mentoring art directors and graphic artists in the art and science of brand response marketing. 

Outside of work, Natasha is deeply passionate about the arts and learning. She loves getting lost in museums, going to theatre, traveling and asking a ton of questions. But above all, she dedicates herself to her other full-time job as a mom and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
